iOS 5 β7 からドコモ回線で iPhone が使えなくなった話
によると、今回の件は伝言ゲームで話が変化してきており、誤りだという。

もともとDoCoMoが使えなくなったのではなく、APN設定ができなくなった話だったものが
DoCoMoがダメだという話に変わってしまったようだ。
